The MBE Knudsen Cell is used to deposite organic solid materials, element semiconductor,compound semiconductor and materials having high melting point. The technique to prevet organic source over effusion and technique to deposite organic solid materials efficiently are originated by HUIYU in China,. The Knudsen cell produced by Huiyu is compparable to the similar products domestic and overseas .

The power supply is specially designed for temperature regulation of MBE Knudsen effusion cell . Under the control of computer ,it is convenient and useful , with advantage of fast-speed heating , directly displaying the temperature curve , self-adaptive power regulation .

Temperature accuracy is ±0.5°C ,up to 1000°C .
