High temperature Atmosphere sintering Furnace

Applications :

The series are used for high temperature sintering of various materials and their heat treatment in the ultrahigh vacuum . The full structrue is made of stainless steel , comprise furnace stack ,furnace inward, workpiece support, cover of furnace stack , lifting system, vacuum pumping and monitoring system,temperature controller, electronic control system. For long, we have designed such facilites for many researchers of famous universities and institutes(such as Tsinghua University, University of Science and Technology etc.),and gained much succesfful experience on design of sunch facility according to the special requirment from customers.

Specifications :

• Heating element : Graphite resistance ;
• Heating temperature: Rt-1800°C , import Pt Rh-Platinum thermocouple temperature measurment , Temperature homogeneity ±10°C
• Adopted 3 sets gas pipeline with respective controller .
• system composition : Molecular pump&mechanical pump+slide valve   Ultimate vacuum :8×10^-5Pa , 12 houres later after the system shut down ,vacuum is less than 10Pa .
• Vacuum measurment : Digital compound gauges is used for measuring .
