High Temperature vacuum Tube Furnace

Applications :

The facility is used for university , institute and enterprise to do experiments of high temperature atmosphere sintering and reducing , CVD experiment and vacuum annealling experiment .

Feature :

1. Silicon-molybdenum rod is used be as heating element, with Pt-Rh Thermocouple .

2. The temperature is measured and monitered automaticly by intleligent programmable contorl system .

3. Mass flowmeter is used to control intake air flow。 The device is easy to use ,and can work under variety atmosphere .
